By submitting text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”) to Xilinx, you accept the Xilinx Terms of Service at www.xilinx.com/about/legal.html#terms (the “Terms”) and grant Xilinx a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display the Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). You are under no obligation to submit the Content and you will not receive any compensation for submitting the Content or for the license granted above. You agree that Xilinx’s review of your submitted Content for possible use is adequate consideration for your submission and the license granted above. You warrant that you will not submit any Content that is prohibited by law in any applicable jurisdiction or to which you do not have the right to grant the license above.
