Overdraft Privilege (ODP) is intended to provide a cushion to cover the unexpected. ODP is a discretionary checking account service designed to pay items presented for payment when your checking account does not have sufficient available funds to clear the item. This agreement outlines the provisions of the ODP service, and does not preclude the Member Account Agreement provided to you covering standard overdraft practices and other provisions regarding your accounts with us.
