THIS CORPORATE PARTNERING INBOUND OEM SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “ Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mercury Interactive (Israel) Ltd. (“Mercury Interactive”), an Israeli corporation with its principal place of business at 19 Shabazi Street, Yehud 56100, Israel, and Motive Communications, Inc.
