Equinix requires Customer (reflected at the signature block below) (“Customer”) to execute this form because Customer has requested assistance from Equinix to perform activities that Equinix has deemed to be non-standard or high-risk (“Non-Standard Requests”), including, without limitation, loaning to Customer, for the Customer’s use, an Equinix-owned laptop device to connect the laptop to the public Wi-Fi in the Equinix IBX and into the serial port of the Customer’s system bridging the two connections for the purposes of facilitating the Customer with remote console access to their system.
