This Multiple Signer Agreement is made and entered into by and between Beverly Hills Precious Metals, Inc. with a principal place of business located at 9100 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 450E, Beverly Hills, California 90212 (“BHPME”), and the persons or entities identified on the signature page hereof (collectively, “Client”) for the storage of precious metals, rare coins, rare currency and other products offered by BHPME (collectively, the “Products”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to all pending and future transactions between Client and BHPME.
