The Mudharabah cooperation contract is a business cooperation agreement between two parties, namely the party managing the business / business owner referred to as mudharib and the party who has capital called shahibul maal. This business activity is suitable and highly recommended for business people, especially micro business, who want to avoid usury in their business practices, because the rules in the mudharabah agreement are in accordance with Islamic rules and business activities are not only profit-oriented, but also pay attention to halal and haram provisions and improve welfare and empower the people's economy. Various communities or institutions have begun to implement this mudharabah cooperation agreement in their work programs, one of which is Baitul Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) in the city of Comal, Pemalang. This study aims to find a mudharabah financing model capable of being a solution to improve of micro business performance. By using qualitative research, The micro-entre
