Manitowoc Public School District is pleased to provide students with a notebook computer to facilitate learning and communication. All notebook computers, related equipment and accessories are Manitowoc Public School District property. The use of a District notebook computer is a privilege extended to students for use inside and outside the school facility. The notebook computers are provided for use as a productivity tool for education-related purposes only. To participate in this program, students and their Parent/Guardian are required to sign this ‘MPSD Parent/Guardian and Notebook Computer or Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) Responsibility Contract and Consent Form’ in the spaces provided below and to comply with all of the following terms as a condition of using Manitowoc Public School District’s notebook computer.
