All members that are participating with Club Sports that have it outlined in their constitution, budget, and/or have come to the agreement within the club to collect dues from members must complete the Club Sports Member’s Dues Contract Agreement. Each club member must sign the statement prior to being active with all club activities. If a member has not signed the Club Sports Member’s Dues Contract Agreement, the club may decide that the member is not be eligible to compete or receive equipment from that specific club.
