This MASTER PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT (Agreement), dated as of March 7, 2003 (Effective Date), is between Santera Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation (Santera), and Arbinet-thexchange, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Customer).
