This master facilities lease (“Master Facilities Lease”), dated as of June 3, 2013 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Diamond Painting Co. KK (“Developer”), a California company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, as sub lessor, and Mt. Diablo Unified School District, a school district duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of California, as sub lessee (“District”) (together, the “Parties”).
