Community Solar Subscription Agreement Maryland - Residential CustomerMaryland Community Solar Contract • April 26th, 2025
This Community Solar Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between the individual or entity identified as the subscriber in signature block at the end of the Agreement (the “Subscriber”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Solar Simplified, LLC (“Seller” or “Solar Simplified”) of 301 W. Grand Ave., Unit 314, Chicago, IL 60654. Both the Subscriber and Seller may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The effective date of this Agreement is the date the Agreement was signed by Seller as indicated in signature block at the end of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), Solar Simplified is a Community Solar Subscription Coordinator licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commission and is the marketing, contract administrator, and billing representative/agent for solar farms that sell electricity generated from sunlight as part of MD PSC Community Solar Program.
