This Private Commercial Agreement (“Agreement”) is between, SouthEast Telephone, Inc. (“SouthEast”) and Windstream Kentucky East, Inc. (“Windstream”) a Commonwealth of Kentucky corporation, having an office at 4001 Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72212. (Windstream and SouthEast may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively as the “Parties”).
