As part of its agreement with NOWaccount Network Corporation (“NOW”), the Georgia Chamber of Commerce ("GCC”), with its principal place of business in Atlanta, Georgia, is making available to local chambers of commerce throughout the state of Georgia, the ability to offer the NOWaccount merchant service to the local chamber’s various constituencies. GCC, NOW and the LOCAL CHAMBER PARTNER ("LC”) identified above hereby agree to the terms of the engagement by which LC will provide the services defined in this Agreement.
