This agreement (“Agreement”) between Alaska Film, LLC (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) is entered into in connection with the purchase of the enclosed educational DVD/Blu-Ray package of the motion picture “Wildlike” (“Picture”) and accompanying poster and curriculum materials (“Curriculum Materials” and together with the DVD/Blu-Ray of the Picture, the “Educational Package”) for the limited public performance of the Picture for the purpose of educating viewers and raising awareness concerning sexual abuse. By purchasing the Educational Package, Licensee agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Agreement begins on the date the Licensee pays in full the purchase price for the Educational Package and all applicable shipping fees, and will stay in effect for seven (7) years thereafter (“Term”). This Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of the Term unless earlier terminated by Licensor hereunder.
