Before clicking OK, check your new image file size. At the top of the window next to “Pixel Dimensions”, you’ll see two numbers: the new file size followed by the original file size. If the new size is bigger, choose “Bicubic Smoother” under Resample Image. If it is smaller, choose “Bicubic Sharper”. Click OK.
