These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas (MLA) a Delaware corporation will provide its application, materials,
and services described on the applicable order (the “Services”). “You” or “Your” as used in this Agreement refers to you, or your company, firm or entity, your officers, directors, shareholders, and employees. Capitalized terms used herein and not defined have the meaning assigned in the applicable Order (as defined below).
