RE: Lease dated as of November 1, 2015, by and between the City of Lenexa, Kansas (the “City” also referred to as the “Landlord”) and Lenexa Logistics 5, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“LL5”), as supplemented by the First Supplemental Lease dated as of November 1, 2016, by and between the City, LL5 and TPRF III/Lenexa Logistics 5, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“TPRF III”), for that certain building and other improvements thereon located at 17201 West 113th Street, Bldg. 5, Lenexa, Kansas (the “Premises”), subsequently assigned to the Tenant.
