All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except as outlined by the terms of this agreement. Deposits will not be refunded unless upon examination the veterinarian finds the kitten “unfit for sale”. The deposit will be used for the continuing care of the kitten and advertising expenses. Shipping expense is sole responsibility of the Buyer and must be paid in advance.
