This agreement certifies that the below named player can play with both their ‘Home’ club and ‘Loan’ club in the respective age groups. The named player must give priority to their ‘Home’ club in any scheduling conflicts unless otherwise agreed. This is a loan agreement and as such the named player will not be permanently transferred and the ‘Loan’ club agrees not to ‘poach’ the player under any circumstances.
