The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of the Company is pleased to announce that, on 4 July 2022, Blooming Faith Development Limited (‘‘Blooming Faith’’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and CMS Life Technology Limited* (中華麥飯石生命科技有限公司) (‘‘China Maifan Stone’’) entered into the joint market development contract (the ‘‘Contract’’). China Maifan Stone and Blooming Faith have reached and agreed on the following terms in relation to the joint development in the longevity medicine market in Hong Kong and Shenzhen:
