To enable the Participating Authority (Trust) to comply with applicable requirements under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 (Statutory Instrument 2010 No. 781) and the need for the Participating Authority to have robust recruitment practices in place, the Supplier will ensure that any suitable Work-Seeker Introduced for consideration by the Participating Authority will have been subjected to, and have satisfactorily passed, all the appropriate safeguarding and employment checks (as required by this Framework Agreement and any additional checks as required by the Participating Authority as part of the Contract) to work in the position that the Participating Authority seeks to fill.
