Contract Type FiledApril 12th, 2017Back on September 17th, 1990, Ivins and Santa Clara formed an Interlocal Sewer Agreement. Ivins had a critical need to install ether a treatment plant or install outfall line’s that would connect to St George’s Regional Sewer Plant. Both cities came together and agreed to install a sewer line through Santa Clara where both cities could share the capacity. Santa Clara paid for 39% of the project and acquired the right-a-way, leaving Ivins owning 61% of the project. Santa Clara agreed to maintain and clean the sewer lines within the city limits.
