Notice is hereby given that on April 4, 2018, The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District (CNPPID) and the Platte Republican Diversion Interlocal Agreement Partners, filed in the Department of Natural Resources (Department) application A-19594 for a permit to appropriate water for an interbasin transfer for the purpose of interstate compact compliance. Water would be transferred from the Platte River Basin to the Republican River Basin when there is unappropriated water available for diversion from the Platte River.
