Thank you for the opportunity to be of service. We are pleased to offer our renewal of Intelligent Services agreement, which will expire on 8/31/2018. We are requesting a 3% inflationary adjustment from the net price (before the first time discount). We are proposing extending this agreement for a term of one year. A breakdown of pricing on an annual basis is provided below.
