By signing below, you fully understand and agree to the following: The instrument is subject to inspection by the instrumental music director at all times. The instrumental music director can revoke the agreement atany time due to lack of instrument care. No person, other than the student listed on this agreement, is permitted to handle or use this instrument without the consent of the instrumental musicdirector. The student or his/ her parent or guardian will report immediately to the instrumental music director any damage or loss to instrument or accessories. The student will make no repairs, nor permit anyone else to make repairs, to the instrument without the consent of the director. If the child discontinues his/her participation in the instrumental music program the instrument is to be returned immediately. The student and his/her parent or guardian will be responsible for the instrument including any damage caused by carelessness or negligence and agree to return the rented inst
