In order to secure residence hall accommodations, you must return this completed Housing Acceptance Contract along with a $150.00 deposit and any prepayment to the Housing and Residential Life Office. Please retain the carbon copy of the contract or make a copy for your records. The student (lessee) will be assigned to the residence halls according to the date the deposit is received. Billing is done each semester; however, the Housing Acceptance Contract is for the full academic year or the remaining part thereof. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
