I/We hereby request and authorize Banco do Brasil, Miami Agency ("Bank") to provide a Hold Mail service on the terms and conditions set forth herein, for the fee set forth in the Bank’s fee schedule, as same may be amended from time to time, and subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Accounts.
