The Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Municipality, its agents, employees and servants from any and all actions, claims, costs, demands or liabilities whatsoever arising out of any act or thing done or omitted to be done by the Contractor relative to or in any way connected with the rentalof equipment of the District of Hope and agrees to reimburse the Municipality for any compensation Board.
