In consideration of being allowed as a guest to participate in the activities and programs of the Amberly Residents’ Club and/or to use its facilities, equipment, and machinery, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I do waive, release, and forever discharge the AMBERLY MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., East West Partners Club Management Company, YORK PROPERTIES, INC. and their members, officers, directors, agents, employees, managers, representatives, executors, successors and assigns and all others (collectively, “releasees”) from any and all responsibilities and liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or use of equipment or machinery in the abovementioned facilities or arising out of my participation in any activities at said facility or arising out of my general use the Amberly amenities, except with respect to any willful or intentional conduct of those being released herein.
