Golf Cart/Ride-on Buggy Hire Agreement • July 23rd, 2015

Any person who chooses to operate a cart/buggy on the Golf Club premises is deemed, by so doing, to have the knowledge, training and skill to safely operate the vehicle and shall be fully accountable for their actions and consequences thereof. The safe operation of cart/buggies requires conscientious application and adherence to the minimum standard of care prescribed by this policy. Makes of cart/buggies vary. Staff will if requested familiarise operators on the controls of cart/buggies.
