Nanjing Agricultural University in the People's Republic of China and Chiang Mai University in Thailand (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) do hereby agree to establish cooperative relationship in the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperation in both education and academic research. Academic exchange and cooperation is considered here to include but not limited to the following:
