This General Data Protection Regulation Addendum (the “GDPR Addendum”) is incorporated by reference into the End User License Agreement (the “EULA”), found here https://www.fieldwire.com/eula.pdf, and any Agreement (defined below) and related orders for Services (defined below) concluded between Customer (defined below) and the Fieldwire entity which has signed the Agreement.

This UK GDPR Addendum (this “Addendum”) forms part of the XTM Data Processing Agreement (available at https://go.xtm.cloud/legal/data-processing-agreement), or other agreement between You and Us governing the processing of Protected Data (the “DPA”). Unless otherwise defined in this document, capitalised terms used within this document shall have the meanings given to them in the DPA.
