The undersigned agrees to pay the Village of Hartford such sums as may become due from the undersigned for the hauling and removing of trash by the Village. In the event, upon the submission of a bill for such trash removal, the undersigned fails or neglects to pay said bill in due course, then such billable amount may be added to the water bill submitted to the undersigned. Failure to pay the garbage and refuse hauling bill and the water bill when so billed may then result in the water supply to the undersigned being stopped until all charges are paid in full.
