This GAME CONTRACT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 23rd day of September 2021, by and between the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (“UL Lafayette”) and Louisiana State University (“LSU”). UL Lafayette and LSU may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
