This AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into as of OctoberNovember ___, 2013 by and between COLUMBIA PICTURES TELEVISION OF PUERTO RICO, A DIVISION OF COLUMBIA PICTURES INDUSTRIES, INC. (“Licensor”) and TELEMUNDO OF PUERTO RICO (“Licensee”), and amends the Free Broadcast Television License Agreement dated as of September 24, 2010, as amended to date, between Licensor and Licensee (“Original Agreement”).
