The provisions of this Framework Storage Agreement ("Agreement") shall apply to all Individual Storage Agreements entered into between the Supplier and the Storage Company which were concluded after this Framework Storage Agreement has been agreed upon or in relation to which Individual Storage Agreements the provisions of this Agreement have been agreed upon as binding. This will only not apply if in the Individual Storage Agreement the Parties have agreed differently in writing within the meaning of section 126
