This Agreement contains the general terms, conditions and disclosures related to the interest-bearing demand deposit account (the “Account”) issued by Pacific West Bank, a bank chartered under the laws of the State of Oregon (the “Bank”), a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). Foyer Holdco, Inc. (“Program Partner”) is responsible for managing the Account program on behalf of Bank.
