This is an agreement between (“Filmmaker”), representing the film team known as (“Team” or “Team Member”), and Music Video Race LLC (“MVR”), with respect to Filmmaker’s and Team’s participation in the Music Video Race 2014 scheduled to take place in San Francisco from July 11-13, 2014 (“Project”) and the creation of a music video and “behind the scenes” and “making of” footage produced by MVR (individually and collectively, the “Film”) pursuant to the terms below.
