Dr. Claiborn makes every attempt to perform psychological evaluations fairly and efficiently, and to comply with the time frame set by the Court and attorneys. His fee is calculated at $250 per hour for interviews, records reviews, consultations with attorneys, and other information-gathering activities, as well as for preparing reports. Testing is charged separately. Dr. Claiborn’s fee for court testimony and depositions is $400 per hour.
