In order to accept your Family Medicine Leads Scholarship at the 2017 National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students, you must register for and attend the entire Conference (defined as arriving no later than Noon on Thursday, July 27 and leaving no earlier than Noon on Saturday, July 29). If you are unable to attend National Conference, your eligibility for receiving the scholarship is forfeited.
