Plaintiffs Timothy Kidd, Candace Powell, Jessica Kovacs, Tim Fausz, and Kem Plummer, and Defendants Rally’s of Ohio, Inc. and Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., jointly move for Final Approval of this Fair Labor Standards Act Opt-In Settlement and for a Judgment of Dismissal pursuant to this Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval To FLSA Opt-In Settlement (Doc. # 70). The legal and factual bases supporting this Motion are fully set forth in the Parties’ Joint Motion for Preliminary Approval (Doc. # 67), Plaintiffs’ Motion for Approval of Attorney Fees and Costs and Named Plaintiff Contribution Awards (filed contemporaneously with this Joint Motion), and the attached Memorandum with supporting Declarations. For the Court’s convenience, a proposed Order Granting Final Approval is attached to the Memorandum as Exhibit 1.
