The Association shall submit to the City the names, addresses and phone numbers of all officers and board members within two weeks after election or appointment. The Association shall furnish the City the names and telephone numbers of persons designated as field managers. It shall be the responsibility of the field manager to meet with and discuss field playability with a City representative.
