Контрактная оговорка "Extended Reservation Clause" Siemens shall not be obligated to fulfill this agreement if such fulfillment is affected by any impediments arising out of national or international foreign trade or customs requirements or any embargoes or other sanctions, including, but not limited to, embargoes or other sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union or the United States of America which, upon sole discretion of Siemens, may expose Siemens or any of its Affiliates to sanctions, penalties or other actions of governmental authorities detrimental to Siemens or any of its Affiliates.An Affiliate of Siemens shall mean Siemens AG (Germany) and any corporation, company or entity, directly or indirectly, owned or controlled by Siemens AG.
