The homeowner agrees to purchase from a Certified Ecoer Dealer, the (ESSS) Monitoring Service for the period of time selected below. This (ESSS) Monitoring Service is a paid subscription and use AT&T 4G LTE cellular data to send their system information to the cloud-based platform for monitoring by Ecoer Inc. and your selected Certified Ecoer Dealer. By signing this agreement, the homeowner gives the rights to Ecoer and their selected Certified Ecoer Dealer the ability to monitor their hvac system(s). The homeowner has a right to disconnect the monitoring service at any time but will lose the capability of the monitoring service by their selected Certified Ecoer Dealer. This monitoring service is transferable to if house is sold during the monitoring time period selected.
