To receive a copy of the convention registrant mailing list in Excel file format via e-mail, please submit a draft or final copy of your intended mailing piece for approval along with this completed form and signed agreement to Colette Apke (please allow 10 business days for approval). AVMA mailing lists are provided for a one-time use only and are only valid for pre- show marketing. Persons and companies placing orders for mailing lists must sign an AVMA Mailing List Agreement (below). The mailing list is not made available to non-commercial exhibitors.
