Broad St., Phila., PA 19140 EXHIBIT SPACE & SPEAKER AGREEMENT We hereby agree to the rules and regulations as set forth in this agreement. Cost is FREE for information tables & exhibitors and $35.00 for vendors (anyone selling anything). Each space comes with one (1) table and two (2) chairs, mention in marketing material (if received by Jan 15th), link from our website and permission to use images of you and your exhibit in future marketing material. We ask EVERY information table, exhibitor and vendor to provide at least ONE technology focused door-prize. Volunteer Speakers are allocated up to 15-20 minutes on the topic of their choosing.
