In consideration of the privilege to voluntarily participate or otherwise involve myself with the activity described on the line below entitled "Event," I am aware and attest that I am voluntarily participating in a dangerous event. Blount County is not providing a service to me, but allowing me the opportunity to participate in the Event and it is my sole choice to participate. The Event may involve an inherent risk of personal injury, death, damage/loss of personal property, and other adverse outcomes. I understand that my safety, the safety of my property, the safety of other persons, and the safety of other personal property will be at risk due to negligence, gross negligence, or other act caused by me, others around me, or the County. I intend to voluntarily enter into this agreement without reservation or misunderstanding. I fully understand that I can refuse to sign this agreement and therefore, will not be participating in this Event.
