This license agreement (the “License”) is made by and between DON’T SLEEP INDUSTRIES / LEAD ALLIANCE, LLC, (hereinafter “Publisher”) and NAME OF LICENSEE (hereinafter “Licensee”), for the exclusive, non-transferable right to use the musical composition known as NAME OF COMPOSITION (the “Composition”) for all commercial recording, performing, broadcasting and distribution purposes.
