This agreement is both a contract and a code of conduct for the physical therapist assistant student while in the clinical setting, lecture, skills lab, and any other time the PTA student is under the auspices of Florida National University. These rules are designed to benefit Florida National University’s Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Program and its students and faculty, as well as patients, hospitals staff, and other individuals who are exposed to students during the course of their enrollment.

However, the undersigned affirms that in any research project involving experimentation with animal or human subjects, their data, biological samples (or any other material) or which involves any observations about them, the applicant will subject the proposal to a properly constituted University or other recognised Ethics Committee for consideration by that group to ensure that it meets with appropriate ethical standards and relevant legislation for such experimentation.

In parts of the New Zealand Cyber Security Challenge (NZCSC)’21 on 17th July 2021, you will be exploring cyber security techniques including techniques/methods that could be used to illegally access computer systems. This is a required part of learning to defend against cyber attacks. However, this knowledge could also be misused. To take part in this challenge, students must subscribe to the ethos that our individual and group purpose is to defend against cyber-attacks.
