THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between a youth skier athlete, ŚĞƌĞŝŶĂĨƚĞƌ ͞ƚŚĞ ƐŬŝĞƌ ĂƚŚůĞƚĞ͕͟ ĂŶĚ ƚŚ-Ğsto ckE, nKonZ-pdro,fit tKK ^ corporation, hereinafter referred to as ͞EŽƌƚŚǁŽŽĚƐ EŽƌĚŝĐ͘͟ ^ŝŶĐĞ ƚŚĞ ƐŬŝĞ guardian of the skier athlete also signs this agreement indicating their approval and endorsement of the agreement.

THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between a youth skier athlete, hereinafter “the skier athlete”, and the NORTHWOODS NORDIC SKI CLUB, INC., a Wisconsin non-stock, non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Northwoods Nordic”. Since the skier athlete may be a minor, the parent or guardian of the skier athlete also signs this agreement indicating their approval and endorsement of the agreement.
